DLL ERRORS OCCUR@OOOPPPSSS@HOW TO AVOID DLL ERROS......

Why DLL Errors Occur and How to Avoid Them

Computers are known for their speed and versatility, and also for the various security issues and frustrating glitches. Any simple survey will reveal that most computer users are not happy with their systems at all. Everywhere you turn, there is only one complaint: it doesn’t work well!

The reasons for the poor performance of a computer can be many, but the most important one is the one associated with DLL files. Without going into too much technical detail, let us say that Dynamic Link Libraries (DLLs) are modules that can be shared by computer programs in execution. It should not be difficult to imagine what would happen if a few crucial DLLs went missing!

If you find that you are constantly getting DLL error messages related to DLL files, such as vrlogon.dll and owaauth.dll, you need to act on it fast and follow the given steps for a DLL error fix without any further delay:
  • Scan the system for viruses – Surprised? Well, most people are surprised to hear this. We often like to think that DLLs are associated some complex computer issues and can’t be solved with simple tasks. Not true. In fact, one of the most prevalent reasons for DLL issues is the presence of malicious computer viruses that are insistent on obliterating important system files. Make sure that you download a proven antivirus software from a trusted website, and scan your PC regularly.

  • Weed out spyware – While spyware aren’t inherently damaging, they are carefully fabricated to make life hell for a computer user. They can enter your system in a myriad of ways, and can cause irritation and low productivity by doing their all-time favorite mischief: deleting crucial system DLL files. They are also known to steal your confidential information to use it for malicious purposes. To combat these, you need to download a top-rated anti-spyware tool from a trusted site and scan your PC regularly. You will be surprised at how many you catch (and block) everyday!

  • Update drivers – Sometimes, we get new hardware for ourselves but fail to update the drivers. This can corrupt the drivers and make you lose important system DLL files. Therefore, it is recommended that you use a good third-party software to keep all the drivers and system software updated at all times. It is a very simple, yet very effective procedure.

  • Windows update – One of the best things you can do to keep the system in shape is to regularly update the Windows operating system. Doing this is a very simple thing. All you need to do, is to go to the Control Panel and activate Automatic Windows updates. Windows will connect to Microsoft’s website and download the latest software patches and security updates. This keeps your PC up to date and reduces the chance of getting infected with some new virus that is not listed in the popular anti-viruses yet.

We have seen, by now, how one can follow some very simple steps and ensure that their PC stays in top shape. The good thing about this whole procedure is that it requires very little expert knowledge about computers.
