China's Tianhe-1A tops world's most powerful supercomputer 
 
Confirmed, China's Tianhe-1A supercomputer is the world's most powerful running peak speed of 2.57 petaflops, far higher than the US XT5 Jaguar that can manage 1.76 petaflops, though it was focus on graphics running 7,168 Nvidia GPUs and 14,336 Intel CPUs. This was revealed with the latest list of the Top 500 supercomputers on the planet. This put China second to U.S. for having the most powerful supercomputers, quite impressive.
